Right now your plans live in seven places.

None of them are a calendar.

A group chat that's been "we should do something" since March.

Nine flyer screenshots you will never open again.

A voice note to yourself you're a little scared to replay.

That one Post-it. You know the one.

DayLoop reads all of it and just puts it on your calendar.

How it works

Three steps. Zero forms.

01

Tell it

Type it, talk to it, or throw a flyer at it. Half a sentence is plenty.

02

It reads

It pulls out the what, when, and where. Asks only if something's genuinely unclear.

03

Done

On your calendar, reminder set. That is the whole job.

However it shows up

Four ways in. All lazy-friendly.

Type it

"gym mon + wed 6am" is a complete sentence here.

Say it

Talk to it like a friend who's weirdly organized.

Snap it

Photograph a flyer or ticket. It figures out the rest.

Forward it

A PDF, an invite, a .ics, send it over and it's handled.

Solo, or with your people

Got people?

Everyone lands on one shared calendar, each in their own colour, and one glance shows whose week is slammed. Flying solo? It's all yours, no one else invited.

Calendars feel like homework. We fixed the homework part.

DayLoop is a calendar you talk to.

Questions

Good to know.

DayLoop is a chat-style calendar app that turns plain-language messages, voice notes, photos, and documents into calendar events using AI.

What is DayLoop?

DayLoop is a chat-style calendar app. You describe an event in plain words by text, voice, photo, or document, and DayLoop reads the date, time, and place and adds it to your calendar. Use it solo, or share one calendar with your household.

How does DayLoop work?

Tell DayLoop about an event the way you would text a friend. Its AI pulls out the title, date, time, and location, shows you a preview card, and adds it once you confirm. No forms, no fields.

Is DayLoop free?

Yes. Every account starts Free at no charge, up to 20 events per month. Pro is $1.99 per month for up to 1,000 events plus a shared household calendar, and there is a one-week free trial.

How is DayLoop different from Google Calendar?

Google Calendar stores events you type in yourself. DayLoop is the fast way to get them in: you describe them in plain language and the app does the data entry. DayLoop keeps its own calendar and does not sync with Google, Apple, or Outlook.

What can I use to add an event?

Four ways: type it, say it out loud, snap a photo of a flyer or invite, or forward a document like a PDF or .ics file.

Does DayLoop use AI, and can it make mistakes?

Yes. DayLoop uses AI to read your messages, and like all AI it can occasionally get a detail wrong, so it shows a preview of every event before adding it.

Can I share a calendar with my household?

Yes. A Pro household shares one calendar and chat, up to 10 members. Anyone can add or edit events; the owner manages the subscription and invites.

Is my data private?

DayLoop only needs the who, what, when, and where. Photos and documents are read once then discarded, voice is transcribed on your device, and DayLoop does not sell your data or show ads.

Stop being your own data-entry clerk.
