First-time guide
DayLoop is a calendar you talk to. Describe an event in your own words, by text, voice, photo, or document, and it lands on your calendar. No forms, no fuss.
Calendars, AI'fied.
The whole idea
DayLoop lives on a single screen, chat in front and your calendar quietly behind it. Everything happens right here.
Type or speak a plain sentence, snap a flyer, or share a document. No fields to fill.
DayLoop pulls out the title, day, time, and place and shows a card. A complete event adds itself after a 6-second countdown. Tap Cancel to stop it, Edit to tweak.
The card folds into a green check on your own message. That is the whole loop, every time.
Four ways to add
Every input runs through the same pipeline and lands the same preview card.
Type it like you would tell a friend.
Tap the mic and speak. Transcribed on your device, never sent to a speech vendor.
Snap a flyer, invite, or screenshot. DayLoop reads the details out of it.
Share a PDF, note, or calendar file. Read once, then discarded, never stored.
The preview card
DayLoop shows what it understood before anything touches your calendar. A complete event counts down and adds itself; anything unclear waits for a quick tap.
Ask your calendar
Ask about your own schedule and DayLoop reads it back. It knows the difference between "add" and "when is". A question never creates anything and never counts toward your monthly total.
Change things
"Move my dentist to 5pm." "Cancel soccer Thursday." DayLoop finds the event and shows a confirmation card. Nothing changes until you tap Confirm.
Always right there
Swipe down from the chat and your calendar is waiting, in Day, Week, or Month. Tap an event to open it, drag it to a new slot, or edit it in place. Chat and calendar are two views of the same thing.
Better together
On Pro, share a link and everyone lands on the same calendar. Anyone can add or edit; everyone sees the adds and answers in one shared chat.
The owner shares a deep link. No phone numbers, no SMS from DayLoop.
Everyone's existing events merge into the shared calendar when they join.
Every add and every answer is visible to the whole household.
Only the owner manages the subscription and invites. Members just use the calendar.
Make it yours
This one matters. A home timezone keeps "tomorrow at 3" meaning your 3. Auto-detect can drift on a VPN or a trip.
Pick 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, any mix, and whether they cover everyone's events or only yours.
Opt into a short daily summary of the day ahead, with an optional light footnote like a pun or a fun fact.
Photos and documents are read and discarded, never stored. Export your data or delete your account anytime. Please don't paste passwords or card numbers.
Free and Pro
Free is the floor and never expires. Nothing ever drops you below it.
Manage it in Settings. If the trial ends without upgrading, you simply drop back to Free, never locked out.
Pick anything on your mind, like "coffee with Alex tomorrow at 10", and watch the check appear. That is DayLoop. Welcome aboard.
